The system does not involve the use of unsightly Grills, Cages, Wires, Screens or Smoke Systems. The glass used for the shop window or the internal display cabinet can be of any type from 25mm laminated down to 12 oz domestic glass.
If the window is attacked by bandits the items on display in the window will immediately disappear out of sight and out of reach. The response time between the first attack on the window and the jewels on show being cleared from the shelves is one second. Yes one second in time. At the same time a very loud sounder will activate causing total confusion. The sounder can be placed in the window or inside or outside the shop.
There is also additional security features that can be added to the system i.e. when an attack on the window has failed the bandits may try to enter the shop through the door. To prevent this happening a dead lock can be fitted to the door and operated from the same system. The system can also send a 999 hold up signal to the Police.
The system is 240 volt mains powered with a 12vdc battery backup that will maintain the system for at least 48 hours.
The security shelf system can be easily installed into any type of shop window or display cabinet and is very cost effective. It can be of any dimensions with single or multi level display. The window display can be clean with no sight of any security system having been installed and be designed to the owner’s exact requirements.
The system is FAIL SAFE and research shows that there is no other system like it. It could certainly mean an end to the traditional Smash and Grab raids and could also lead to much lower insurance premiums. |
